The Dorset Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) is currently developing its Local Industrial Strategy for the County. To ensure that the tourism sector fully contributes to this important piece of work, the LEP has asked the Dorset Tourism Association (DTA) to undertake research. This is in addition to the survey previously circulated to businesses by the LEP.
At a national level UK Government has announced the Tourism Sector Deal, which includes the provision for ‘Tourism Zones’ to support destinations to grow shoulder and off-season business. By completing this survey you will help ensure that tourism is represented in the Local Industrial Strategy and provide the evidence needed to attract future funding for tourism in Dorset.
