The Small Business Bus rolled into Weymouth and was met by amongst others our President Craig seen in the photo.
Our President had a chance to chat about the plight of local businesses on the high street. Luckily there are great initiatives like Small Business Saturday and Free Parking options available that Weymouth Town Council organised with other local groups like ourselves. Weymouth BID are also putting on Christmas events as is Weymouth Community Christmas Committee and the town council, which will all be helping to bring businesses some lovely shoppers and tempt them away from the evil online shop front. Weymouth are just one of the towns waiving car park charges at weekends to encourage residents and visitors to shop local in support of Small Business Saturday on 7 December 2019.
