Announcing Peer Networks A New Fully-Funded Programme for Ambitious Business Leaders

We are delighted to announce a new initiative for ambitious Dorset business leaders to grow their businesses and boost the local economy. Dorset Chamber, working in partnership with Dorset Local Enterprise, is seeking applications from directors and senior managers for a new fully-funded peer learning programme called Peer Networks. This free programme offers a unique opportunity for business leaders to learn and grow together through facilitated sessions with expert speakers in their fields.

Commencing at the end of October, directors and senior managers from SMEs are invited to sign up now. Peer Networks offers a total of 18 hours of support in 3-hour peer network meetings every 2-3 weeks on focused key themes such as leadership, growth, financial management, business resilience, technology and marketing.

Regularly meeting with your group, Peer Networks offers a chance to stop, take stock and look at direction and growth alongside engaging speakers, experienced facilitators and most of all, work with business leaders overcoming the same challenges as you in a confidential environment based on trust and respect.

Peer Networks is open to any SME which has operated for at least one year, has five employees or more, has a turnover of at least £100,000 and has an aspiration to improve business output.

Places are limited – If you are an ambitious director or senior manager seeking to move your business forward, we urge you not to miss this opportunity.
